About Andre
Eighteen years building with AI. One conviction: people come first.
I’m an AI speaker, builder and operator from New Brunswick, Canada. I’ve spent my working life close to this technology — long enough to be excited about it, and long enough to be honest about it.

Eighteen years working in AI
I started building with artificial intelligence when it was still mostly a research curiosity, and I never left. Across those 18 years I’ve shipped software, led teams, and watched one wave of expectations after another meet the reality of what the tools can actually do.
That long view is what I bring to a stage: not hype, and not fear, but a practical sense of what changes quickly, what doesn’t, and where people remain irreplaceable.

2015 — TEDxMoncton
In 2015 I stood on the TEDxMoncton stage and gave a talk called “Artificial Intelligence and the Future”. I made predictions about where this technology was going and what it would mean for ordinary work and ordinary lives.
People remembered it. Ten years on, I keep meeting leaders who quote it back to me — and I keep checking my own homework against what actually happened.

2026 — Level Up, Hôtel Wingate Dieppe
On October 8, 2026, I return to the stage at Level Up in Dieppe, New Brunswick, with a new keynote: “Back to Basics – Leading the Age of AI”. It’s about the fundamentals leaders keep reaching past while the tools change underneath them.

Founder of Ai/Dev/X
I’m the founder of Ai/Dev/X (aidevx.com), where we build apps, websites, ERP systems, AI Squad 360 and AI agent platforms. I’m not describing AI from the outside — my team ships with it every week, for real organizations with real constraints.
05
Faith, family and a builder’s mindset
I’m a devout Christian. My faith shapes how I think about technology: tools are gifts to be used wisely, and human dignity isn’t up for negotiation. I’m a husband and a father of three, which keeps every conversation about the future of work personal.
I describe myself as a builder and operator. I like the part after the idea — the part where something has to actually run, hold up under load, and help people do their jobs on a Monday morning.
And I’m from New Brunswick. I speak from here, I build from here, and I care about what this technology means for places like this one.
